1. Delivery of Digital Products
Upon successful enrollment and payment, digital products such as e-books, PDFs, mock tests, or online modules will be delivered instantly to the registered email address or accessible via the student portal.
In rare cases, if delivery is delayed due to technical issues, please allow up to 24 hours for resolution.
2. Delivery of Physical Books/Study Materials
Physical study materials will be shipped to the address provided at the time of enrollment.
We usually dispatch study materials within 3–5 working days after successful payment.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner, typically ranging from 7–10 working days.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at the time of checkout.
For orders within Raipur, local delivery may be available at reduced or no cost (subject to academy discretion).
4. Tracking & Updates
Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details of your shipment.
For digital products, a confirmation email with access links will be sent immediately after payment.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
Courier/logistics issues.
Unforeseen events such as strikes, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the student/parent.
In such cases, SRK Academy will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery as soon as possible but will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
